Rate every administrator at once, present the menu, write the contracts where the administrator supports eContracting, and log the sale, all in the same deal. Follow one through EliteRater, Elite FI Partners' platform for its dealers, on the real screens.
Coverage in 3D
Coverage your customer can see.
Not a list of parts on a page: the deal's own vehicle shows what the contract covers, system by system. Tap a system and it comes out, with the parts the contract names.
Enter the VIN and EliteRater decodes the year, make, model, trim, engine and drive, sorts the unit as auto, powersports, RV or marine, and switches on the surcharges the VIN calls for. Or import the deal from a screenshot of your DMS and check the fields.

Every administrator, at once
Pick the providers and the products, then rate them all in one go. Each administrator answers from its own system, so a slow one doesn't hold up the rest, and your markup is already in every price.

Questions dealers ask
What is EliteRater?
EliteRater (also written Elite Rater) is the F&I menu and rating software Elite FI Partners builds for its dealers, as part of Elite OS. Decode a VIN once and live rates come back from each administrator's own system, side by side. Build a menu of packages with monthly payments from those rates, present it to the customer with dealer cost hidden, and contract what the customer chooses from the same deal where the administrator supports it.
Is EliteRater an F&I menu?
Yes. The Presentation step builds up to five packages from the plans you rated, each with its monthly payment, applies your saved layouts, and opens a full screen presentation where the customer chooses. Brochures, videos and a 3D view of service contract coverage sit under each product, and the customer can initial and sign what they buy and decline.
How does EliteRater show a customer what a service contract covers?
For service contract programs Elite FI has mapped and approved, a 3D coverage link under the product opens a see through vehicle. Each system lights up as covered, partly covered or not covered at that coverage level, and tapping a system shows the parts the contract names. It is read from the program's own contract, and the contract's terms govern.
Which products can we rate and present?
Service contracts, GAP, vehicle replacement, tire and wheel, key replacement, appearance, windshield, theft and maintenance, plus bundles, as each administrator's connection supports them. Your Elite FI agent can tell you which programs are live for your store.
Can salespeople see dealer cost?
No. Managers, F&I and sales each get their own view, and a sales role sees the price, never the dealer cost. Your markups are applied to every rate as it comes back, so everyone quotes the same price.
Is EliteRater an alternative to F&I Express?
Yes. EliteRater does the same job, e-rating F&I products and eContracting them, but it rates every connected administrator at once on one screen instead of one at a time, and the menu, the customer presentation, the sale log and reports are in the same deal.
Does EliteRater rate powersports, RV and marine?
Yes, where the administrator has programs for them. EliteRater sorts each VIN as auto, powersports, RV or marine and rates the programs each administrator offers for that unit. The 3D coverage views cover cars, trucks, SUVs, electric vehicles, motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, motorcycles, ATVs, side by sides and jet skis.
Does EliteRater work with our DMS?
You can start a deal from a screenshot of your DMS deal screen: EliteRater reads the buyer, vehicle and finance fields into the deal, and you check them before rating. There is nothing to install and no DMS login to set up; EliteRater runs in a web browser.
Does the menu record the products a customer declines?
Yes. On the presentation the customer can move any product to Not protected, initial each product they buy or decline, and sign on screen or on paper. The waiver is optional unless your store requires it, and it is saved with the deal and prints.
How do we get EliteRater?
EliteRater is switched on for dealers by their Elite FI agent, and it is opening to more dealers in stages. If you work with an Elite FI agent, ask them to turn it on for your store. If not, join the launch list on this page.
