Elite FI Partners · F&I rating and menu platform

Every administrator's rates. One screen.

EliteRater is the F&I rating and menu platform Elite FI Partners builds for its dealers. Rate every administrator side by side, build a menu of packages with payments, show the coverage in 3D and contract the deal in one place.

Why Elite FI Partners built it, and the app at work, in two minutes.

With music. Demo store: administrator names and prices are examples; coverage shown is one sample contract level.

What it does for your dealership

  • Live rates from each administrator

Decode the VIN once. Rates come back from each administrator's own system, side by side on one screen.

  • Compare across administrators

Like coverages line up together, and Best marks the lowest cost at each deductible for each term.

  • Surcharges picked for you

Surcharges are switched on from the VIN and the deal, and included in every price you see.

  • A customer view

One tap hides dealer cost, so you can turn the screen toward the customer.

  • E-contracting from the deal

Contract the package the customer chooses from the same deal, where the administrator supports it, without re-keying it in a portal.

  • Rate Inventory

Your Elite FI agent can rate your whole lot against the plans you choose, in one sheet.

The F&I menu

An F&I menu built from live rates

Most stores rate in one place and present in another. In EliteRater the menu is built from the rates the deal was just rated at, so the price the customer sees is the price you contract.

  • Packages built from live rates

Up to five columns from the plans you selected. The first holds every product and each one after it leaves some out, so the customer steps down by dropping products, not by trading coverage.

  • A payment on every package

Each column ends in its monthly payment, with the products financed at the deal's APR and term. Show or hide product prices and payments per deal.

  • Your layouts in one tap

Save the store's menu layouts, how many columns, their names and what each leaves out, and apply one to any deal.

  • A presentation for the customer

A full screen presentation with your price only. The customer picks a package, or moves a product to Not protected.

  • Coverage they can see

Brochures, sample contracts and videos sit under each product, and a 3D vehicle shows what a service contract covers, part by part, for programs Elite FI has mapped and approved.

  • Signed and printed

The customer initials each product they buy or decline and signs on screen. The waiver is saved with the deal and prints.

EliteRater

Rate it. Compare it. Contract it.

What we're building

  • More administrators and programs, each connected and tested before dealers see it.
  • A shorter path from the first rate to a signed contract.
  • Built with Elite FI agents and the dealers already using it.

Questions dealers ask

What is EliteRater?

EliteRater is the F&I rating and menu platform Elite FI Partners builds for its dealers, as part of Elite OS. Decode a VIN once and live rates come back from each administrator's own system, side by side. Build a menu of packages with monthly payments from those rates, present it to the customer with dealer cost hidden, and contract what the customer chooses from the same deal where the administrator supports it.

Is EliteRater an F&I menu?

Yes. The Present step builds up to five packages from the plans you rated, each with its monthly payment, applies your saved layouts, and opens a full screen presentation where the customer chooses. Brochures, videos and a 3D view of service contract coverage sit under each product, and the customer initials and signs what they buy and decline.

How does EliteRater show a customer what a service contract covers?

For service contract programs Elite FI has mapped and approved, a 3D coverage link under the product opens a see through vehicle. Each system lights up as covered, partly covered or not covered at that coverage level, and tapping a system shows the parts the contract names. It is read from the program's own contract, and the contract's terms govern.

Which products can we rate and present?

Service contracts, GAP, vehicle replacement, tire and wheel, key replacement, appearance, windshield, theft and maintenance, plus bundles, as each administrator's connection supports them. Your Elite FI agent can tell you which programs are live for your store.

Can salespeople see dealer cost?

No. Managers, F&I and sales each get their own view, and a sales role sees the price, never the dealer cost. Your markups are applied to every rate as it comes back, so everyone quotes the same price.

How do we get EliteRater?

EliteRater is switched on for dealers by their Elite FI agent, and it is opening to more dealers in stages. If you work with an Elite FI agent, ask them to turn it on for your store. If not, join the launch list on this page.
